Rowing is a great fitness exercise. Before you buy this or any other rower you owe it to yourself to checkout the Concept 2 rower. The Concept 2 is less than half the price, it will last a lifetime and there is a huge support system and online community. I have had my Concept 2 for over 5 years and rowed over 13 million meters and the machine is like new.
