Great mat for Cardio on a Garage Floor

I bought this mat since one of my clients was getting shin splints from the cardio in the garage. Now the client no longer has shin splints and exercise can continue. It works great. The guys love to use it as a stretching mat too.

Perfect for a large treadmill!

This was exactly what I needed. I wanted something to protect my hardwood floors from the pounding of my Sole treadmill. This mat is lightweight and easy to put in place.

Treadmill is ripping it up

So, we have a very heavy treadmill, probably in the top 5% of treadmill size and weight, and this thing is being turned into a rag doll by the treadmill. However, the way this is made with the same materials as any other mat, so I’m not sure it’s the mat’s problem. The mat is also on carpet, which is harder. So net net — this thing isn’t perfect, but I’m struggling if it’s a problem with the mat or if it would have happened regardless.

I recently purchased this item to put beneath a recumbent exercise bicycle I just bought, to help me rehab my knee from a serious injury (torn meniscus and destroyed ACL). This mat is the perfect size, appears to be made of durable material, does not have any bad odor to it and seems like it will prevent the exercise bike from moving around or slipping. I highly recommend this product.

Sturdy and Versatile

This mat is perfect for under my exercise bike which is a heavy piece of equipment. I use it to protect the carpeting. The length and width are just right for this purpose. It can be folded by sections to use with other items that are not as long. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Good For Laminate Flooring

I purchased this to protect my laminate flooring when I use my bench and dumbbells. I bought one just in case it wasn’t up to snuff. I was pleasantly surprised by its durability and portability. The fact that it folds up quickly and neatly is a big plus for me. I slip it right under the bed when I’m done. I will buy another one so that I can quickly set up and take down a larger work out area.

It seems a teeny bit expensive, but it is worth the price.

what else can be said except that it does what it is designed to do-provide a spot for your exercise equipment. We purchased this along with the Schwinn 430 eliptical and it works great.

I bought this mat because it has a larger size. I use it on my carpet floor for Yoga, Cardio, push-up, and sit-up, and I love it. I don’t think it goes well with equipment cause it is too thin for heavy equipment. Best price and quick delivery. Amazon rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great for exercise equipment & for floor exercises. Extra length is great for Nordic Track or Spin Bike — space for equipment footprint plus extra length is great when the sweat is flying because the mat catches everything & I do not need to put extra towels down on the floor. The ability to fold mat rather than rolling it up works well when we want to store it & keep it out of the way.

I needed a mat to go under my new elliptical machine, and I read reviews on MANY different mats. This one seemed to be the right weight, so as not to tear easily, plus the size was adjustable by folding the extra panels underneath. I’ve had it for 2 months now and I’m so happy with it – perfect fit and heavy duty!

our elliptical has a long footprint so the length is good for us. We like its versatility with the folding lines. Also, it didn’t have a strong rubber smell so we could use it right away.

The Stamina earns its 5 stars for providing value (good function on a relatively low price) and convenience as it can fold in a 3 ft. by 1 ft. bundle for quick and easy storage when needed if one must exercise in a room whose primary function may be something other than a home gym. I purchased mine for my treadmill and I am very happy with my purchase, so far.

Briefly, here are the more important facts worth knowing:

- 3 ft. wide by 7 ft. long. It’s the perfect size for my full-size treadmill.

- Divided into 7 folds, 1 ft. each, making it easy to pack/unpack when needed.

- 1/4 inch thick, dense foam synthetic material.

- Textured surface.

- Slippery when wet.

- Easy to clean.

- 90 days limited warranty which, as it’s ALWAYS the case with item in this price range is mostly symbolic – if it comes broken, simply return it.

The Stamina spent a couple of months under a treadmill that’s used almost daily, often by more than one person. Unlike the rubber-coated equipment mats, this one sticks to the floor and holds the treadmill in place at the same time. I have no complaints at this time and, in fact, I am about to order a second one, probably the 6 ft. version, for our little Bowflex.

We bought this folding mat for our new elliptical trainer. The elliptical is on carpet, so we want to minimize the “permanent footprint” that the elliptical leaves in the carpet. More importantly, we want to eliminate tears in the carpet that would otherwise develop without protection.

The folding mat is thick and seems to be of very high quality. It has a nice gripped finish and folds into 7x 12″ sections. It is more than long enough for even the longest elliptical. I’m very happy with it, and the price was right!
